Within the framework of the ceremonies of the 98th anniversary of the liberation of Kahramanmaraş from the enemy occupation, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality organized a "Feast of Minstrels, Bards and Poets" in Afşin district.

The program, in which minstrels, bards and poets from Kahramanmaraş took part, was held at the Afşin District Governorship Conference Hall. There were emotional moments from time to time in the program in which minstrels read elegies, bards performed call-and-response duets and poets recited poems.

In the program organized jointly by Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality and Halk Ozanları Kültür ve Dayanışma Derneği, the laments sung by the minstrels of Kahramanmaraş caused emotional moments in the hall, while the bards shed a lot of sweat in the call-and-response duets. The feast, was a program worthy of Kahramanmaraş, known as 'the capital of poetry and literature', with beautiful poems recited by poets. A souvenir photo was taken at the end of the program.
