Hayrettin Güngör, Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality Mayor, attended the Culture and Art Congress organized under the coordination of AK Party Local Administrations Department, R&D Department and Environment Urbanism and Culture Department. Approximately 200 mayors and administrators responsible for cultural and social activities of municipalities attended the congress held in Ankara Kızılcahamam on 18-19 and 20 March. On the last day of the congress, when the cultural outputs of local governments were evaluated and the roadmap for the culture and arts activities of the coming years was drawn, the awards were given to the local governments who carried out successful works in the field of culture and arts. Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality was deemed worthy of the 'Best International Event' award with the International Poetry and Literature Days event, which has been held for two years.
